Churchill Strategy is one principal and a bench of freelancers. We bring the bench in as each job needs it, from a one-night town hall to a five-day international conference. If you're good at one of the jobs below, we'd like to meet you before the spring 2027 conference season.

Who we call

The jobs on the bench.

  • Producers and stage managersRun a room from the run of show: cues, speakers, timing and the crew.
  • AV and technical crewSound, projection, lighting and streaming for conferences, AGMs and galas.
  • Registration and volunteer leadsSign-in, badges, volunteer briefings and the front door on event day.
  • Photographers and videographersEvent coverage, speaker portraits and short clips for social.
  • DesignersEvent identity, signage, programs, sponsor decks and social graphics.
  • Writers and social mediaSpeaker bios, member emails, media releases and live posting.
  • Field organizersCanvass, phones and get-out-the-vote for campaigns. Tell us if you'd rather work events only.

How it works

From a note to a job.

  1. Send a short note.Your role, where you're based, when you're free in spring 2027, and a link to your work or a résumé.
  2. We'll talk when a job fits.A 20-minute call about the event, the date and what we need from you.
  3. Every job starts in writing.You get the scope, the date and the fee before you start, and the run of show before event day.
