Questions
Before you book
Can you run our spring 2027 conference?
Yes. The 2027 Conference Desk runs your spring conference and AGM from venue hold to wrap-up, from $6,000/month on a 6-month term. We take three spring conferences a season. Book by December 18 to hold a January start.
Is there a smaller first step?
Yes. The 2027 Conference Plan is $1,500 for two weeks: three venue options, a budget, a backward timeline and 20 sponsor targets. It is credited in full if you sign the Desk by December 18, 2026.
What kinds of events do you produce?
Party conventions and AGMs, campaign announcements and rallies, association conferences, international conferences, festivals and championships.
Do you work outside Edmonton?
Yes. We are based in Edmonton and produce events across Alberta, Saskatchewan and Canada.
How do you price an event?
By scope and length: a monthly fee for management and communications, fixed prices for design, published above. Packages are never billed by the hour. Work outside your proposal is quoted first at $150 an hour, before GST, and starts only once you approve it in writing.
Who pays the venue, catering and AV?
You do, directly. We find and coordinate the vendors; you sign with them and pay them, so your event budget never runs through us.
Can you help find sponsors and funding?
Yes. We build the sponsor package, make the asks and support grant applications. We co-led outreach that brought in 53 hosts, sponsors and partners for the 2026 International Chinatown Conference.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes, two. On The 2027 Conference Desk and The Event Desk, you get your full run of show and vendor plan within 30 days of the start date (14 days if your event is less than 60 days away), or your next monthly fee is waived. The start date is the day you confirm the event date, budget range and decision-maker. Client delays extend the deadline day for day. If we miss it, you may also end the term on 30 days' written notice. On Sponsorship and Funding, the cash sponsorships we secure cover the $2,500 setup fee by your event date (or 120 days after setup, if that comes first or there is no event date), or we refund the difference. Only cash paid or committed in writing counts. We never guarantee attendance, votes or media coverage.
Do you plan association AGMs and annual conferences?
Yes. The Event Partner Retainer puts your annual conference and AGM on one 12-month calendar, with the sponsor package carried year to year. From $4,000/month on a 12-month term.
Can you produce events for the 2027 Alberta election?
Yes. Announcement and Rally Production starts at $2,500 per event plus travel. The Campaign Events Desk covers every announcement and rally for a campaign or writ period, from $10,000/month. Alberta’s next general election is scheduled for October 18, 2027.
Do you still run campaigns?
Yes. Campaign strategy, war rooms and turnout are our second line of work, and every campaign event we produce draws on it.
Not sure which fits?
Book a 20-minute call. We’ll tell you which package fits, with a timeline and a starting price.
