Event production · Edmonton and Alberta

Event production in Edmonton, from first plan to final day.

We produce association conferences, AGMs, town halls, galas and festivals in Edmonton and across Alberta. One producer holds the run of show from the venue hold to the report your board reads.

20 minutes on your goal and timeline. Proposal in 2 business days.

The problem

Most conferences are won or lost months before the doors open.

The venue hold is due about 26 weeks out and sponsor asks about 18. Miss those and the last month goes to catching up: whatever room is left, sponsors whose budgets are spent, a run of show finished the night before. We plan backward from event day, so each deadline is met before it costs you.

What we produce

One producer. One run of show.

Most of our clients are associations, nonprofits and community organizations with a board to answer to and one day to get right. One team holds the plan, the vendors and the sponsors, so nothing passes between agencies.

Your run of show 14 days out, or $500 offFor AGMs, town halls and galas. On the Conference Desk and Event Desk, your full run of show and vendor plan within 30 days of the start date (14 if your event is under 60 days away), or your next monthly fee is waived. We guarantee the plan, never attendance. Full terms

The International Chinatown Conference was hosted by CTC and the University of Alberta; Churchill produced it and co-led partner outreach with CTC. Every Desk ends with a board report and a 2028 date-hold plan, so next year starts from this one. All case studies
