What does AGM Production include?
Run of show and floor plan, agenda timing, registration and sign-in, AV coordination and a producer on the day. You also get a member-notice email and agenda template within 5 business days of signing.
Do you run the vote?
No. You run the vote and the governance. We run the room, the timing and the sign-in.
What does it cost?
From $3,500 per AGM, paid on signing, plus travel outside Edmonton.
What if the run of show is late?
You get the run of show at least 14 days before the AGM, or the fee drops by $500. The 14 days count once you confirm the date, venue and agenda in writing (full terms).
Can the fee count toward a bigger package?
Yes. Sign The 2027 Conference Desk or the Event Partner Retainer by December 18, 2026 and we credit your AGM Production fee in full.
Has your board set the 2027 AGM date?
20 minutes on the date, the venue and the room. From $3,500 per AGM, travel extra outside Edmonton.
