A gala has one night to raise the money and thank the people who gave it. One producer runs your gala or fundraising dinner: run of show, vendor plan, program and sponsor recognition, and a producer on the night. Every sponsor is thanked from the stage, in the order you approve.

What does it cost?
From $7,500 per gala.
What if the run of show is late?
You get the run of show at least 14 days before the gala, or the fee drops by $500 (full terms).
Can you help find sponsors?
Yes. Sponsorship and Funding is $2,500 setup plus 10% of the cash sponsorships we secure.
Can the fee count toward a bigger package?
Yes. Sign The 2027 Conference Desk or the Event Partner Retainer by December 18, 2026 and we credit your Gala Production fee in full.
