Spring conference timing
When should we hold the venue for a spring conference?
About 26 weeks out. For a May 13, 2027 conference, that is November 12, 2026.
When do sponsor asks go out?
About 18 weeks out, with the sponsor package ready at 22 weeks. For a May 13 conference, that is January 7 for the asks and December 10 for the package.
When should registration open?
About 10 weeks out. For a May 13 conference, that is early March.
