Our approach comes from election campaigns, where there’s one day to get it right and everyone can see the result.
That’s how we run events. Every event gets a clear goal, a plan built backward from it, and one team that owns the logistics, design, media and sponsors. No hand-offs between agencies, and no reports that hide the numbers.
We’ve run an international conference for 200+ delegates, with 18 universities from nine countries, served as Digital Strategist for every announcement of a winning provincial campaign, supported the media team at a national convention of 2,500+ delegates, drawn 8,500+ visitors (our count) to the Edmonton Dragon Festival, curated the Dragon Food Tour, which won CTC a 2026 Edmonton Tourism Award, flipped a federal seat and won a council ward on a recount.
